We have established lighting R&D center dedicate to developing the products around the HID lighting, such as, Xenon car head lamp, dome lamp, HID police torch light, HID Diving light, HID camping light, HID searching light ,etc.
There are 8 engineers in the R&D center which conclude 4merchanical engineers, 3 electrical engineers and one optics engineer , and we also own advanced equipment, such as lamplight machine, integral ball and electric appliance parameter analyzer, etc.
We display those representative brand name car headlights in the center, like Benz, VW, GM, Hyndai , etc , used for R&D comparing test and make sure the function &look can be according to the original design of the car headlight from the manufacture.
In R&D enter, each engineer has its own dedicated computer, distribution of work is clearly in the development process to ensure integration.
During the R&D process, every product must be strictly tested (such as, High/Low temperature test, water proof, etc.) make sure it can operate safety and reliably under extreme condition, which assurance our products can accord with the safety standard from different countries. | |
